This is based on my Dragon Age 2 fan fiction, Lyrium and Ashes



This image is a symbolic depiction of the ritual, the shattering of who Hawke was, making him into a puppet of Danarius.

A puppeteer immediately comes to mind, intended or not. The contrast between the vague background and sharp foreground is a story in itself. Great image!

No problem, I thought that was what you meant but I wasn't sure since you also said you liked the contrast... which come to think of it could also be achieved in a painting... mmm, I am getting ideas... I may have to redo this one ;)

The contrast is great and draws the eye, I love that you can see the bones in his neck. Your style is great!
